Felix Beats Medvedev for the Finals

Russian tennis player Daniil Medvedev defeated Felix Auger-Aliassime in straight sets, 6:4, 7:6, and he will face Andy Murray, who defeated Jiri Lehecka in the second semifinal match of the Qatar Open.

Medvedev kicked off the game well-prepared and took away his opponent’s serve in the first game. This was the lead he kept all the way until the eighth game when Felix came back, but Medvedev immediately fought back and converted another break point.

In the second set, players exchanged breakpoints, and the winner had to be decided in a tiebreak which the Russian player ultimately won and earned the right to fight for the title in Doha.
