Zhu Wins in Straight Sets for Her First Career Title

Chinese tennis player Lin Xhu won the title at Thailand Open in Hua Hin. She bested her rival from Ukraine, Lesia Tsurenko, in straight sets, 6:4, 6:4, and it took her 59 minutes to get this win.

Tsurenko converted the break at the very start of the match, but Xhu had a response for that in the fourth game. However, the Ukrainian player converted another break, but Xhu managed to recover yet again.

The second set was also very thrilling, and we saw seven break points, and the third for Lin Xhu was enough to get her the first WTA title of her career. Starting on Monday, she will rank up and take 41st place on the WTA list, which will be her career-high placement.
